Do you install customer-purchased lights?

No. To provide the best results, we only use high quality professional lighting.

What kind of lighting do you offer?

We generally use C9’s and mini lights in warm white. We also use some traditional holiday colors including red, green and blue.

How are your lights purchased?

We purchase commercial lighting from various sources which allow us to provide quality lighting at affordable prices.

Do you offer customizations?

Do you use any special type of equipment when installing lighting?

We have multiple types of safety equipment and tools. We also have bucket trucks to use in extremely high or difficult situations. Our installers are highly trained in safety and installation services.

What is a typical price range customers can expect?

We have customers from $600 to $10,000. Average residential Christmas light installations average about $1,700.

Do you guarantee your work?

We guarantee your lights stay lit during the holiday season. Should there be any issues, we will have a technician fix the problem within 48 hours.

When and how are the dates of installations chosen?

Holiday lighting installation dates are based on availability. This is why it is important to make a decision to schedule your install as soon as possible to enjoy your lights longer!

When would light removal be expected?

After January 1 and before January 21.

How and when do I pay for my service?

We require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completed installation.

Pricing is impacted by the number of lights and feet of wiring along with how challenging the installation appears. Multi-story installs, for example, will likely be more costly than that on a single-story home.
