The Christmas Light Professionals is a Christmas light installation company serving Park City, Summit County, and cities along the Wasatch Front. Owned and operated by two Utah natives, brothers Vance and Ryan Brand, the Christmas Light Professionals is Utah's largest and oldest Christmas light hanging company.
Vance Brand began installing Christmas lights in 1989 when a client of a window washing company he operated asked him to hang Christmas lights on her home as an additional service. After installing Christmas lights on the client's home, Vance found that Christmas light installation was a logical addition to his current business ventures. He already had a background in electricity and the necessary ladders and equipment from his window washing business. With that decision, the Christmas Light Professionals was born.
While Vance's new company started slowly, installing Xmas lights for only a few homes in its first years, it gradually built a loyal following of recurring clients who valued the company's professional work and artistic designs. After several years, the company had grown enough to take on a new partner and Vance's brother Ryan joined the business. With the hard work of the two brothers, the Christmas Light Professionals grew substantially over the following years and was able to expand to offer Christmas light hanging services throughout the Wasatch front, in Cache Valley, and even in Denver, Colorado by the year 2007.
Currently, the Christmas Light Professionals employs dozens of local Christmas light installers to serve over 1,500 clients in Utah. It has become the largest such company in Utah and is growing into new markets and offering services to Christmas light hanging companies across the country.
