We serve the entire Omaha, NE area including Elkhorn, Gretna, Papillion, La Vista, Ashland, Bennington, and more.
Can you use the lights I already have?
To ensure your lighting looks terrific and functions safely, we only use quality, commercial grade Christmas lighting products. We offer our customers two options. They can purchase these lighting products from us outright or we offer a leasing option.
What areas of my property will you decorate with Christmas lights?
We work with roof lines, gutter lines, bushes, and trees. We can wrap tree limbs and install giant wreaths as well. We offer pre-lit garlands, motion lighting, LED wall washers, lawn décor, Christmas trees, and tower trees.
How much do professionally installed Christmas lighting displays cost?
The price varies depending on the size and intensity of the project. Our displays start at about $750 and can range into the thousands, depending on your budget and tastes. We are happy to provide you with a free quote.
How and when do I pay?
We invoice our clients, providing a link where they can pay via credit card. Clients can also make payments by check.
When will my Holiday lights be installed?
We schedule Christmas light installations starting in late October. We will be glad to work with your schedule but the sooner you contact us, the better we can work with you. Scheduling early also gives you more time to enjoy your holiday display.
What happens if there is a problem with my lights?
We guarantee our work. If there is a problem with your display, contact us and we will have it taken care of, usually within 24 hours.
Is Christmas light removal included in my price?
Absolutely! We take care of it all. We schedule lighting removals following New Year's Day and will have all lighting displays removed and stored by the end of January.
What type of lighting do you use?
Heroes Holiday Lighting only uses LED lighting. This is done for a variety of reasons including electric costs, safety, durability, looks, and flexibility. We use LED C9 and G50 bulbs, LED pre-lit garland and wreaths, LED RGB motion lighting, LED Wall washers, LED lawn décor, Christmas and tower trees. We even provide Halloween décor!
What type of Christmas light customization services do you offer?
You can have as much or as little impact on your display as you prefer. Our services are completely customizable and we are happy to work with you in creating an Omaha Christmas light display you will be proud of.
What type of insurance do you carry?
We are fully insured with $3 million in liability coverage with specific additional coverage for holiday lighting installation.
Do you install commercial Christmas light displays?
Yes, we do. We create attention-getting displays for small and large businesses, government buildings, and HOA communities. A commercial display is a terrific way to say “Happy Holidays” to your customers and potential customers.
