What areas do you serve?

We install holiday lights throughout the Charlotte, NC area including Weddington, Ballantyne, Matthews, Indiana trail, Pineville, Wesley chapel, Waxhaw Rock Hill, Davidson, Fort Mill, Mooresville and elsewhere. Contact us to make sure we service your specific location.

Do you install customer-purchased lights?

To help ensure consistent quality and to maintain our warranties, we strongly suggest using only our professional, grade lighting products. These provide a superior quality, finished display for your home or business.

What kind of lighting do you offer?

Our primary lighting options include LED C9 and C7 for residential projects. We also have access to other options for larger, commercial projects. Many of our customers prefer brilliant white lighting, however, we also offer colored lighting products as well. Be sure to check with your homeowners association to determine if they have any lighting restrictions.

How are your lights purchased and do you buy in bulk?

We purchase our lighting wholesale from a wholesaler. This allows us to provide the best prices possible for our customers. It also allows us quick delivery should we need specialty of custom-made items for lighting projects.

What type of customization options do you offer and do you use any special type of equipment when installing lighting?

We offer a wide-range of custom designs and installations for just about every size and shape of home or business. While our most frequently used tools are ladders and hand tools, and goat hooks.

What type of insurance/bond coverage do you have?

We carry general liability insurance to protect both us and the homeowner.

What impacts the price of my project?

The size and configuration of your home and property and amount of lighting are the key factors. We can usually tailor a very nice display to meet about anyone's budget.

What is a typical price range customers can expect?

Of course prices will vary greatly upon the type and size of the home and customizations that may be requested. Prices vary from $700 to $7,000.

Can you tell us about any guarantees/warranties you have, and how you stand behind your work?

All of our work is fully warranted to last throughout the holiday season. If you have an issue, simply contact us and it will be resolved.

When do you install/remove lighting?

Lighting is installed as soon as you would like to schedule it, depending on availability. Most of our installs occur in October and November. Christmas light displays are generally removed within the first two weeks of the new year.

Do you do both residential and commercial displays?

YES!

Do you get a lot of referrals and/or returning customers?

Absolutely. They are the biggest factors in our business. We want every client to be so thrilled they will not only be back year after year, but they will tell family and friends about us.

How and when do I pay for my service?

You pay a 50% deposit upon scheduling your install with the balance due upon its successful completion.
